Results: Attack 138 VS Dead 115 Joe Mixon helps deliver a win for Sack Attack Sack Attack came into the game as the biggest favorite this week and proceeded to make the experts look good. They earned a nice victory over Not Dead Yet, winning 138 to 115. Sack Attack set their new high mark for the season with those 138 points. Sack Attack got their first back-to-back wins of the season, bringing their record to 6 – 5. The loss leaves Not Dead Yet now with the worst record in the league at 3 – 8. Sack Attack had several players step up in the win, as five starters beat their positional averages. Joe Mixon was the best of the bunch, notching 30 points. That makes it six straight games of overperforming expectations for Mixon. He had his finger firmly on the 'juke' button during this 21-yard sprint into the end zone. Meanwhile, Not Dead Yet had many underperformers, but Alexander Mattison stood out, posting zero points. That was fewer than every other running back this week, and marked the 5th straight game of underperforming his predicted points. Sack Attack's next game will be against The Dominators in a rematch from week four. Sack Attack won the previous matchup 108 to 98. Sack Attack will face off against Tom Brady in next week's game, part of a three game stretch against tough quarterbacks which will see them take on Justin Herbert and Josh Allen in the following weeks. Not Dead Yet will get to face off against two of their rare conquests over the next two weeks, going against The Dominators in week thirteen and Mad Mudders next week. Mad Mudders won't have Tyreek Hill available to start in next week's contest. Predictions: Attack by 1 A south division rival game between South division foes. The bye week removes no one from the Attach whille the Dead lose Breidgewater, Gordon and Sutton. QBs: Tannehill or Burrow VS Cousins, who starts at the QB for the Attack is something to watch during the week. Cousins is home against the Packers while Ryan is home against the Texans while the or Burrow VS the Raiders. RBs: Cook & Gibson VS Harris & Mixon, with Joe back this week he comes back to the lineup, while the Dead turn to Gibson to replace Gordon at the RB spot. Other top weapons are Allen VS McLaurin, does Hopkins come back this week as the Cardinals need some sort of offense. |
