Steve Pintar -VS- Dennis Helm |
Results: Attack 108 VS Dominators 98 Terry McLaurin drops 30 points in leading Sack Attack to victory Sack Attack had to be wary coming into this game after losing both matches against The Dominators last season. Thankfully for Coach Steve Pintar, the past was not prelude. Sack Attack had just enough against The Dominators, winning 108 to 98. The result gets both squads back to a .500 record at 2 – 2. Sack Attack were led by the wide receiver tag team of Terry McLaurin and D.J. Moore, who together produced 53 points. McLaurin had to fight his man off to finish this 17-yard touchdown from the back of the endzone, one of two on the day. Meanwhile, Tom Brady loomed large in the loss for The Dominators, putting up 10 points.1 That was the 3rd fewest of any quarterback this season. He came out on top in his return to Gillette Stadium but didn’t exactly light it up, finishing with zero touchdown passes (or interceptions) during a cautious performance. The loss this week certainly wasn't Coach Dennis Helm's fault. He started Marquise Brown instead of Emmanuel Sanders, despite the experts' prediction that Sanders should have played. This decision gave The Dominators a nice 14 point bonus, and makes it back-to-back weeks where Coach Helm has outsmarted the experts. Predictions: Attack by 1 The Dominators have been involved in some real nail bitters, this one could come down whose kicker is better this week. QBs: Brady VS Tannehill, Brady goes back to New England to take on the Pats on Sunday night, while Ryan is at NY Jets. RBs: Harris & Mixon VS Jones & Kamara, both teams have had solid games over the past few weeks from these RBs, the Dominatots look for these two back to pull away from the Attack. WRs: Hopkins VS Brown, both star WRs are banged up, which one can be started this week and hope they can score more than a combined 2 points? |
