Week # 6 Results: |
Scott Knepel -VS- Andy Lisowski |
Results: Honor 89 VS Leakers 88 Antonio Brown helps Team Up Honor barely triumph over The Leakers Team Up Honor took on The Leakers two times last year and won each time. The result this week then, was not surprising. Team Up Honor tightroped past The Leakers, winning 89 to 88. No team this season has had to suffer a closer loss than the one The Leakers endured this week. The win makes it three in a row for Team Up Honor, giving them a record of 4 – 2. The loss drops The Leakers to 2 – 4, and sinks them to the bottom of our internal power rankings. Coach Andy Lisowski didn't rely on his All-Stars to pull this one out, instead getting contributions from unexpected quarters. Antonio Brown scored 18 points, while Darrel Williams scored 20. Brown's performance led Team Up Honor for the 1st time this year. Meanwhile, The Leakers had plenty of duds in the loss. Miles Sanders was the worst of a four man group of underperformers, delivering only 6 points.1 That continues a theme for Sanders, who is yet to top the average running back's point total in any week so far. Coach Scott Knepel have to place a big part of the blame for this loss on themself. They left Christian McCaffrey in the lineup, despite the fact that he was a guaranteed zero points. That cost their team 16 points, which cost their team the game. Their lineup moves pushed them into negative territory for the season, costing their team 2 points versus what the experts would have done. Predictions: The Honor are hurt with Clyde banged up while the Leakers are hoping to get McCaffrey back but they also have a hurt Barkley, Ridley and Julio Jones. The bye week removes Corey Davis from the Leakers while Andy loses Sermon. QBs: Jackson VS Dak, Dallas is at New England while Baltimore is hoem against the Chargers. RBs: Sanders & maybe McCaffrey VS Eckler & Williams, both teams are banged up at the position, whoever can find a quality sub might win this game. Other top weapons are Antonio Brown VS Jefferson, Antonio has become Tom Brady's go-to WR, the same with Jefferson with Kirk Cousin. |
