Results: George Kittle and Da Yoopers put an end to The Rookie's four game streak The Rookie came into this week's match-up on a four-game win streak, but Da Yoopers put an end to that. Da Yoopers gave The Rookie a 154 to 96 drubbing. Besides the victory, Coach Kyle Kuopus can brag that he posted the highest score in the league so far. With the win, Da Yoopers moved to 4 – 1, good for the top spot in the North division. The loss is the first of the season for The Rookie, dropping their record to 4 – 1. George Kittle was probably in Coach Kuopus' doghouse after last week's 0 point 'performance'. He might be let out now. Kittle teamed up with Travis Etienne to notch 67 points. Kittle himself scored 33 points, which were the most that any tight end collected this week. He only made three catches on Sunday, but he can be forgiven considering he took each one to the house. Coach Sam Zarr can look to wide receivers DeVonta Smith and Justin Jefferson when passing out blame for the loss. The two combined to score only 2 points. Bad performances are pretty common these days for Smith, who has now underperformed the experts' predictions in three straight games. Despite two teammates with 100-yard games, he didn't get much attention: he finished with one reception on five targets for five yards. Although they lost this week, Coach Zarr had a good game on the sidelines. They left Romeo Doubs and Joe Burrow on the bench in favor of Adam Thielen and Brock Purdy, who were both expected to score less. These decisions gave The Rookie a nice 25 point bonus, which obviously wasn't close to enough. Coach Zarr's decisions this week allow them to relinquish their title as the worst gameday coach in the league (Coach Steve Pintar wears the crown now).
