The win brings Da Yoopers to 7 – 6, and sends them to the top of our internal power rankings. The loss drops Sack Attack's record to 6 – 6 – 1. Da Yoopers put together a good Sunday. George Kittle carried the water, scoring 39 points, which set the new high mark for all tight ends this season. Da Yoopers also got a solid effort from Justin Herbert (8.8 points above expected). Herbert threw for 317 yards, giving him the most games with 300+ passing yards over the last two years. Meanwhile, Sack Attack were having a so-so performance. Terry McLaurin kept the scoreboard operator relaxed, coming up with only 2 points. This is the 2nd time this year that he was the worst starter on his team. Going into Monday night, Sack Attack were in a really tough spot. Coach Steve Pintar needed Nick Folk to outscore Stefon Diggs and Rhamondre Stevenson by 6 points. Diggsy and Stevenson put up sub-par numbers, scoring 12 points and giving Coach Pintar a real chance for a comeback. Folk gave a decent effort, but his 7 points weren't enough. Predictions: Attack by 1 The Attack and Yooppers need a win to get a playoff spot, this is another key game between former coworkers. The bye week removes the Panthers defense & DJ Moore from the Attack while the Yoopers lose RB Foreman. QB battle is Burrow VS Herbert, these two QBs happen to face eachother in the NFL as the Chargers travel to Cincy at Noon. The RBs are Mixon & Harris VS Stevenson & ???, not sure who the second RB is with injuries to Ingram, this might be a pickup situation. Other top weapons are Hopkins VS Samuel, Debo is a on a tear this year and looks like a keeper on this team, Does Hopkins retutrn from his hamstring injury? |
