Week # 5 Results: |
Kyle Kuopus -VS- Scott Knepel |
Results: Yoopers 144 VS Leakers 83 Justin Herbert's 66 points sinks The Leakers Justin Herbert was expected to be the worst performing QB this week, but apparently that was just fuel for the fire. Herbert led the way as Da Yoopers (2 – 3) stomped all over The Leakers (2 – 3) 144 to 83. He is on quite a hot streak, performing better than any other starter over the last three weeks. Besides being basically perfect with his arm, he mixed in a beautiful 9-yard touchdown run. Da Yoopers also got a big effort from Derrick Henry (15 points above expected). King Henry's 34 point performance this week moves him up to being the best player in the league this season. The Leakers, meanwhile, were having a terrible time moving the ball down the field, with the whole team gaining only 334 yards. No other team gained fewer total yards this week. Saquon Barkley was clearly the weakest link for Coach Scott Knepel and the gang as he posted 9 total yards. The 144 points that Da Yoopers dropped were the most they scored so far this year. On the other side of things, The Leakers were setting their personal low score mark for the year, only one week after setting their high score. Predictions:Yoopers by 1 The Leakers had a huge week #4 even without McCaffrey, while the Yoopers are stuggling right now at 1-3. QBs: Dak Prescott VS Justin Herbert, two of the NFL's youngest and brightest QBs in the NFL right now. Justin is home against the Browns while Dak is home against the NY Giants. RBs: Sanders & Barkley VS Henry & Carson, Barkley showed what kind of potential he has in this league with his 30 point game while Derrick is good each week for 20+ points. Other top weapons are Jefferson VS Samuel, is this the week that Trey Lance takes over the 49ers QB job? Does that mean more big weeks from Samuel? |
