Week # 7 Results: |
Charles Bahringer -VS- Steve Wayne |
Results: Daddies 141 VS Juggernaughts 126 Two in a row. "We are on a big time roll right now. I am loving this winning stuff, maybe I should do this more often. What a week we had and we are moving up the list of high scoring teams, ok, I need to do this more often, but I am happy with the team’s play. We beat the defending champ and I saw a lot of fight out of them. I can see why they won it last season, very well coached. Next week we play the Mudders who scored a good chunk this week, so I expect them to bring their best. I this league would I expect any thing less? Bring on the Mudders it is time to hose them down", said the now happy Coach Wayne. "We played a good game today, we had Larry Johnson playing at a good level, plus Chestor Taylor had a huge week. I still am happy that we are scoring some good amount of points. If that happens we normally will win, so I consider this week a fluke loss. Next week we play the Phollies who are looking for a rebound win. I sometimes don’t know who I want to play, a team that won or lost the previous week. It seems that this year we are so up and down from week to week. I have to hope the Phollies are on a downward trend and that continues next week", said Coach Bahringer. Juggernaughts by 1 The Daddies lose their star QB in this one in Marc Bulger to the bye week but Vick is a solid backup QB. The Juggernaughts lose Joe Horn and Thomas Jones but they get back Chestor Taylor and Reggie Williams. I get the feeling that the Juggernaughts are on a roll, and could solidify themselves as the team to beat in the South Division with a win. |
