Results: Brandon Aubrey's 22 points stops the bleeding for Da Yoopers It's probably been tough for Coach Kyle Kuopus to stay awake while following his recent games. The last two games have been blowouts, and this week was just more of the same. Da Yoopers demolished Juggernauts, winning 110 to 75. The win brought Da Yoopers' three game losing streak to an end. The loss was Juggernauts' 4th in their last five games, bringing their record to 3 – 11. The win brings Da Yoopers to 8 – 6. Da Yoopers won with a balanced effort, as five players outperformed their positional averages. Brandon Aubrey was the best of the bunch, scoring 22 points. Aubrey set the new high mark for all kickers this season with that performance. He has started his career with 30 consecutive made field goals, an NFL record (four, including this 60-yarder, came on Sunday). Meanwhile, C.J. Stroud stuck out as the worst performer for Juggernauts, tallying only 3 points.1 That made him the worst performer on Juggernauts for the first time this year. He posted season lows in passer rating (54.8), yards per attempt (4) and completion percentage (43.5) before exiting the game in the fourth quarter following a head injury. Predictions: Yoopers by 1 The season is almost over the Juggernauts while the Yoopers are playing this one and seeing where they will fall in the wild-card. Bye week players is only McLaurin for the 'Nauts. QBs: Stroud VS Doubs, Josh has been strugglin but does get JJ back against Raiders while Stoud is playing the Jets. RBs: Barkley & Achane VS Hall & Etienne, I am guessing Barkley is in the statting lineup this week after his bye week. WRs: Sutton & Watson VS Wilson & Diggs, the Yoopers welcome back Diggs from his bye week. We shall see if Watson can play the late game inury didn't look good. |
