Results: Sam LaPorta's 19 points help get Team Up Honor back on track Coach Andy Lisowski really needed someone to lend him a hand and help end his three game losing streak. Coach Charles Bahringer was only too happy to help. Team Up Honor ended up on top against Juggernauts, winning 94 to 76. Team Up Honor would have only beaten one other team this week, so Coach Lisowski got pretty lucky with the schedule. This loss brings Juggernauts' losing streak to five in a row, dropping their record to 0 – 5. The win brings Team Up Honor to 2 – 3. They were led by the trio of Sam LaPorta, Jaleel McLaughlin, and Jalen Hurts, who combined for 69% of their team's points. Hurts has now overperformed the experts' predictions in four straight games. He racked up 303 passing yards on Sunday, a feat made easier when you have all the time in the world to pass the ball. Meanwhile, Juggernauts saw eight different players underperform, and while none of them particularly stuck out, Jameson Williams and his zero points was officially the worst. Williams made his season debut after returning from suspension, but the time off didn't do him any favors: he only caught two of three targets for two yards. Next week will see Team Up Honor taking on the 4 – 1 Rookie. The Rookie will bring the league's top player so far, Christian McCaffrey, into the game. Meanwhile, Juggernauts will take on Mad Mudders next week. Predictions: The bye week removes WR Allen from the Honor while the Juggernauts lose RB Ford and might not have Higgins either. QBs: Lawerence VS Hurts, Trevor is playing the Bills in Buffalo while Jalen playing the LA Rams. RBs: Moss & White VS Breida & Achane with Ford off, De'Von takes over the second RB spot. WRs: Watson & ?? VS St. Brown & Olave, does Olave get the start after he ZERO last week? |
