Week # 15 Results: |
Andy Lisowski -VS- Phil Hinman |
Results: Phollies 97 VS Honor 91 Frank Gore continues his solid 2006 season. “Not too many teams had Frank Gore high on their draft boards during the draft, I know we didn’t but what year he is having. He not only runs with power but he is a very good receiver out of the back field, so that makes him a versatile RB. We barely made the playoffs this season but we have proven that we deserved to be among the top 6 in the playoffs. I like my chances against the Leakers next week, I think we matchup really well against them. We need to contain their RBs and hope to limit Vince Young’s production. We started off slowly but I am hopeful after Christmas we will be the league Champions”, said the very happy Coach Hinman. “I am not surprised to see us lose, we have been struggling all season after our torrid start. Losing McNabb hurt a lot but losing your two RBs in Portis and Jones doesn’t help either. The Phollies are a solid team amd worthy to be in the championship game, they will need to play a little better as I feel the Leakers are the better of the two teams, but they are no slouch by no means. We play in the consolation game so I get one more week to be a fantasy football junkie. At least we can be third best with a win next week”, said the down Coach Lisowski. Predictions: Phollies by 1 Matchups: This one could go either way, the Honor are not the team they once were when the season first started. Losing Portis, Kevin Jones and McNabb takes away the fire power from the team. The Phollies are on a roll and beat a good Mudders team, now can they get solid points from Hasslbeck two weeks straight? The matchup at QB is pretty even but the advantage at RB is in the Phollies favor. Frank Gore is looking more and more like a keeper in 2007. The Honor will need to win at the WR position if they want to move into the Championship game. |
