Results: Mudders 120 VS Attack 114
Tyreek Hill's 31 points sinks Sack Attack We projected Mad Mudders to be near the top of the pack this season when it comes to wide receivers, and they made us look good this week. Mad Mudders used sticky hands to power themselves to a 120 to 114 victory over Sack Attack. Tyreek Hill scored 31 points, Cooper Kupp got 22, and Chris Godwin dropped 16. Hill had a couple of yards of separation to the left of the defender on this play, and that's all he needed to go 75 yards to the house. Mad Mudders also got a big effort from Rob Gronkowski (18.6 points above expected). Gronk's 24 points were the most that any tight end collected this week. Meanwhile, while balance might be good for gymnasts, it didn't help Sack Attack this week. DeAndre Hopkins paced the team by beating the average wide receiver by 11.6 points, while Najee Harris (6.6 points worse than the average running back) was the worst on the team. Harris' performance wasn't exactly what Coach Steve Pintar was looking for when he drafted Harris in the first round. Predictions: Mudders by 1 These two teams lost in the wild-card round so they get to see who helped themselves more during the draft. QBs: Matt Ryan VS Rodgers, Aaron was the NFL MVP, he had an unusual off-season to say the least, does the distraction affect his play? RBs: Mixon & Harris VS Elliott & Mostert, How does the rookie back in Pittsburgh perform is going to be interesting to watch this week. Zeke gets his QB back, does that open the middle for long TDs? Other weapons are Hill & Cupp VS Hopkins and McLaurin, Cupp welcomes Stafford to LA, does he bring the deep threat to a very good LA Rams offense? |
