Patrick O’Dell -VS- Scott Knepel |
Results: Leakers 130 VS Dead 87 Saquon Barkley produces 30 points to lead The Leakers in victory 'The thrill is gone'–at least when it comes to Not Dead Yet's recent games. After last week's blowout, he was involved in another no-doubter this week (and lost again). Not Dead Yet suffered a huge loss to The Leakers, going down 130 to 87. The win gets The Leakers back to .500 with a 2 – 2 record. The loss drops Not Dead Yet's record to 1 – 3. When Coach Scott Knepel entertained thoughts of winning this game, they probably didn't include the three players that ended up leading the way. Saquon Barkley scored 30 points, Dak Prescott came up with 43, and the Packers Defense/ST finished with 9. SaQuads' 30 points topped all but one running back this week. He would not be denied on this six-yard run into the endzone that gave the Giants the OT victory. Meanwhile, this week's loss for Not Dead Yet was a true group effort. Alexander Mattison was the worst of a five man group of underperformers, posting only 2 points.1 Coach Patrick O'Dell found out why he was available on the waiver wire this week. Coach Knepel was no passive bystander in the victory. They went with Dak Prescott over the higher ranked Baker Mayfield. This decision boosted The Leakers' final score by 35 points, which only added to The Leakers' domination. Coach Knepel's decisions this week allow them to relinquish their title as the worst gameday coach in the league (Coach Laurie Leboeuf wears the crown now).
