Dennis Helm -VS- Kyle Kuopus |
Results: Dominators 110 VS Yoopers 109 All 17 of Justin Tucker's points counted in The Dominators' win Last year's playoff loss at the hands of Da Yoopers might still be ringing in Coach Dennis Helm's ears, but he got some measure of revenge this week. The Dominators just slipped by Da Yoopers, 110 to 109. The 1 point margin that separated these two teams is the smallest gap of the season so far. The win brings The Dominators' record to 2 – 1, while dropping Da Yoopers to 1 – 2. The Dominators won with a balanced effort, as four players outperformed their positional averages. Justin Tucker was the first among equals, delivering 17 points.1 That set the new high mark for all kickers this season. The Dominators also got a big effort from Tom Brady (8.8 points above expected). Brady reached 80,000 career passing yards, and is all set to break the all-time record at Foxborough next week. A.J. Brown provided the only truly sour note for The Dominators this week, as he scored zero points. Da Yoopers saw five different players underperform, and while none of them particularly stuck out, Deebo Samuel and his 5 points was officially the worst.2 Da Yoopers were also hurt by the 3rd straight game that Stefon Diggs has failed to exceed his expected points. Predictions: Yoopers by 1 The Yoopers and Domiantors need a win to avoid an 1-2, lets see who can go above .500 while the other slips below. QBs: Tom Brady VS Justin Herbert, it is the aging vet who is in his 40s VS the second year QB still in his 20s. LA Charges play at KC while Tampa is at the LA Rams. RBs: Carson & Henry VS Jones & Kamara, we saw how good Henry can play in week #2, do we saw how good Kamara can play in week 3? Other weapons are Diggs & Samuel VS Cooper & Brown, the two Wrs on the Dominators struggled to score last week with only 6 points combined, they need much more this week if they play on securing a win. |
