Week # 4 Results: |
Charles Bahringer -VS- Steve Pintar |
Results: Juggernaughts 101 VS Attack 93 The Monday night comeback never happens. “I always hate playing against Brett Favre, he has a knack to get really hot but it was a good thing that for us that he stayed cool. I am very happy with this win, being 2-2 is such a huge difference than 1-3. We are in a tie for first place, yeah the division is down this year, but I will take a tie for first place any way that I can. Next week we look to move above the .500 record with a win against the Twins. They are one of the hotter teams in the league, plus they have Peyton Manning, so they are a huge threat. Hopefully Peyton will suffer a let down and we can pull off another nice win”, said the happy with a win Coach Barhinger. “I only need to rely on Brett only once during year, as long as Eli is healthy he is my QB. So it really pisses me off that he can only score 3 lousy points. Grrrr. This loss moves me down to 2-2 and it really sucks. I am still very angry with this loss as we had a legit chance to move ahead of everyone in the division. Next week we look to move above .500 with a solid win against the Leakers. They too are tied with me, so this is an important game against a familiar foe”, said the steamed Coach Pintar. Predictions: Juggernaughts by 1 The Attack lose a key weapon this week in Eli Manning but have to hope that Brett Favre can work his magic on Monday night against Philly. The Attack also lose Jeremy Shckey so will need either Vernon Davis or someone else to contribute. The Juggernaughts biggest reason to be optimistic in this matchup is the return of Larry Johnson from the bye week but they do lose the Giants defense. The Juggernaughts can’t afford to fall to 1-3, so a win is a must. |
