Week # 9 Results: |
Bob Vanderpoel -VS- Dennis Helm |
Results: Dominators 114 VS Twins 110 Vincent Jackson continues his strong season. “We drafted Vincent Jackson eariy in the draft as I thought he would be one of the next big WRs in this league and I think you are seeing that right now. Other guys that helped us get this win were Drew Brees, no surprise there, and also my backs stepped in Grant and Jones. This win sets us up for a big showdown with the Phollies. We don’t like them and I am sure the feeling is mutual, hide the wives and kids as this one is going to be nasty”, said the pumped Coach Helm. “We are more or less out of the playoffs. I know it isn’t official but I am not playing like a playoff team and this loss hurts. We are now 2-7 on the year and the very best I can do is 6-7, I am not going to give up as I want to beat every team each week, I just mihgt more of the spoiler for the last 5 games. Next week we look for a win of any kind against the Team Orange, they are hurting just as us, so who knows maybe we can end their playoff dreams with a win”, said the grumbling Coach Vanderpoel. Predictions: Twins by 1 The Dominators lose Braylon Edwards while the Twins lose Lynch, Cotchery, & Evans. QBs: Rivers VS Brees, the current Chargers VS the former. RBs: Grant & Slaton VS Forte & Portis. The biggest question in this battle does Slaton play and the entire game. Does the benching of Slaton lead to a reduction of playing time. WRs that need to play better: Housh, he has been too quiet as of late, only two points scored last week. I am going with the Twins in an upset win. |
