Photo by USATSI Results: Jaylen Waddle produces 21 points to lead The Dominators in victory The Dominators have owned Big Dog Sports in the past to the tune of a 24 and 8 record, and went ahead and added to that ledger of dominance this week. They earned a nice victory over Big Dog Sports, winning 105 to 86. No big surprise seeing The Dominators get the win, as they were the biggest favorite of any team this week. With the win, they moved to 6 – 2, good for the top spot in the South division. The loss drops Big Dog Sports' record to 4 – 3 – 1. The Dominators had three players lead the way, with Jaylen Waddle, Patrick Mahomes, and Rome Odunze producing 66 points. Waddle scored 21 points, which topped all but one wide receiver this week. He scored a receiving touchdown this week and if you thought it looked familiar, you're not alone. Coach Thomas Schwanebeck can blame the loss on Quentin Johnston, Rhamondre Stevenson, and Isiah Pacheco, who together managed only 9 points. Stevenson has now been the worst performing starter in the league over the last three weeks. Big Dog Sports has never won when he failed to hit his expected points, going 0 – 3. Next week The Dominators will be involved in a clash of the titans. They will take on Sack Attack in a matchup of the two top records in the league. The matchup will also feature the two top QB's in the league, as Patrick Mahomes meets up with Lamar Jackson. Meanwhile, Big Dog Sports will collide with Here Goes Nothing next week. Points were in short supply for that team this week, as they could only scrounge up 67 of them. The game might wind up as a crawl to the finish, as it features the two lowest scoring teams in the league. Predictions: Dominators by 1 Bye week players: LaPorta for Dominators while Sports lose Williams & Adams QBs: Rodgers VS Mahomes, Aaron is playing the Packers at home while Patrick is playing Washington. RBs: Pacheco & Stevenson VS Jacobs & Robinson, Swift could be an option at the RB spot for the Sports. Dowdle came back down to earth after his hot start. WRs: Brown & Odunze VS Shaheed & Johnston, with Adams off, the team will hope Johnston can have a big game. AJ Brown finally had a big game in week 7. Does it continue? |
