Photo by USATSI Results: Tucker Kraft scores 32 points to help put away Not Dead Yet It's probably been tough for Coach Patrick O'Dell to stay awake while following his recent games. After last week's blowout, he played in another one this week (but lost this time). Not Dead Yet suffered a huge loss to Team Up Honor, going down 184 to 130. Taking the loss, Coach O'Dell can at least take solace in the fact that he helped combine for the highest total score so far this season. The loss was Not Dead Yet's 4th in their last five games, bringing their record to 2 – 6. The win brings Team Up Honor to an identical 2 – 6. Tucker Kraft led a very balanced group of six overperformers for Team Up Honor this week, delivering 32 points.1 That set the new high mark for all tight ends this season. It sure was a happy National Tight Ends Day for Kraft, who finished with 143 yards and two TDs. Not Dead Yet suffered through poor performances from Jaylen Warren, Courtland Sutton, and Jake Tonges, who collectively scored only 19 points. Sutton has now underperformed the league average wide receiver in four straight games. On the coaching front, the difference in tactical skill showed this week. Coach O'Dell appears to have been too busy to set his lineup this week. He left Nico Collins in the game, despite the fact that he was a guaranteed zero points. That cost his team 16 points, which would have helped make the final score slightly less embarrassing. The bad decision is more of the same for Coach O'Dell, whose gameday decisions have been some of the worst in the league this season. Coach Andy Lisowski was no passive bystander in the victory this week. He started Chase Brown instead of Jacory Croskey-Merritt, despite the experts' prediction that Croskey-Merritt should have played. This decision boosted Team Up Honor's final score by 23 points, which only added to Team Up Honor's domination. Coach Lisowski's decisions this week allow him to relinquish his title as the worst gameday coach in the league (Coach Brent Knudson wears the crown now). Predictions: Dead by 1 Bye week players: Rams defense and JSN for Honor, Dead lose no starters. QBs: Hurt or Williams VS Maye, Who starts at the QB position and it it the right start? Maye plays Cleveland at home. RBs: Dobbins & Hall VS Barkley & Williams, Saquon has been too quiet for a player going so high in drafts. Same thing with Hall, the Jets are winless and Hall is strruggling to score TDs, WRs: Rice & Chase VS Collins & Sutton, with JSN off my guess is Rice is started this week. Sutton was shutout from scoring last week, does he break through this week? |
