Week # 11 Results: |
| Laurie LeBoeuf -VS- Steve Pintar |
Leading the Charge
Results: Coach Laurie Leboeuf tried to second guess the experts this week when setting her lineup, and the result was very costly. She started Kendrick Bourne instead of Deebo Samuel, despite the experts' prediction that Samuel should have played. This decision took a 16 point chunk out of Lady Cougars' final score and cost them the game, as they didn't have quite enough against Sack Attack (9 – 2), losing 75 to 72. Sack Attack got three solid performances this week, courtesy of Cairo Santos, Mark Andrews, and Jahmyr Gibbs, who together put up 44 points. Santos scored 16 points, which made him the top performer on Sack Attack for the first time this year. Meanwhile, the loss for Lady Cougars came down to a pretty simple factor: they didn't go anywhere. Collectively, they only managed to gain 199 yards rushing and receiving. Lady Cougars were practicing their manners as they put every other team ahead of themselves in the RuReYd category this week. Sack Attack's next game will be against Mad Mudders in a rematch from week four. Sack Attack won the previous matchup 104 to 82. Coach Steve Pintar will be keeping his fingers crossed that Puka Nacua will score 23 points like he did when Sack Attack last played Mad Mudders. Meanwhile, Lady Cougars will collide with Big Dog Sports next week. Predictions: Bye week players: Jonathan Taylor & Michael Pittman for Cougars, Chris Olave for Attack. QBs: Mayfield or Dart VS Jackson, Baker is playing is at Buffalo or else Jaxson VS Green Bay while Lamar is playing at Cleveland. RBs: Vidal & Kamara VS Gibbs & Junkins, Taylor is off so this a tough loss, but they do get Kamara back. Gibbs was big last week, how does he do against the Eagle? WRs: Doubs & Smith VS Nacua & Harrison, Smith takes over where Pittmann was as he plays the Lions. Harrison fills in for Olave and plays the 48ers. |
