Mudders 109 VS Dominators 94

Tee Higgins and Mad Mudders beat The Dominators for their 3rd win in a row

Mad Mudders came into the game as the biggest underdog this week, but they didn't let that get them down. They got past The Dominators without much trouble, winning 97 to 73. Mad Mudders got some measure of revenge on The Dominators for their matchup back in week one, when Mad Mudders lost 109 to 94.

Mad Mudders have now finished off three straight opponents after this win, bringing their record to 4 – 3. The loss drops The Dominators' record to 3 – 4.

Tee Higgins was the key contributor for Mad Mudders, dropping 23 points.3 That made him the top performer on Mad Mudders for the first time this year. He finished with 148 yards and a touchdown after zero catches in the first half.

Coach Dennis Helm saw some familiar names among his bad players this week. Nico Collins, Chase Brown, and Jaylen Waddle continued to disappoint, combining for 8 points. Collins fell farther short of his expected points than any other player.

Both teams have good news in the upcoming schedule. Mad Mudders' next game will be against Here Goes Nothing in a rematch from week two. Mad Mudders won the previous matchup 88 to 74. Here Goes Nothing will have to put their running back depth to the test in next week's matchup, as Christian McCaffrey has his bye week.

Next week will feature a mirror image matchup when the 3 – 4 Dominators take on the 3 – 4 Big Dog Sports. Big Dog Sports won this week, but that might be a good thing for The Dominators, since Big Dog Sports has yet to win back-to-back games.
