Results: The Dominators' run ends with a loss to Lamar Jackson and Sack Attack The Dominators entered this week's game with a five game winning streak, but couldn't keep it going against Sack Attack. Sack Attack ended up well ahead of The Dominators, winning 131 to 101. Sack Attack have averaged 88 points during their last two games – not what was expected of them as the 2nd highest scoring team going into week eight. With the win, they moved to 7 – 2, good for the top spot in the South division. The loss drops The Dominators' record to 6 – 3. This game featured a matchup of league-leading quarterbacks Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes, but only one of them lived up to expectations. For Jackson's part, he produced 36 points for Sack Attack. He has become something of a lodestar for Sack Attack, as they have never lost when he overperforms his expectations, going 4 – 0. On the other hand, Showtime was not living up to his star status, putting up only 9 points. Mahomes' performance this week definitively ended a five game streak of beating the experts' projections. The rest of Coach Steve Pintar's lineup followed Jackson's lead, scoring 95 more points. That group was led by Ka'imi Fairbairn, who scored 18 points.
