Results: Drake London's 20 points help get Here Goes Nothing back on track Not Dead Yet (2 – 8) showed off the form that earned them the worst record in the league going into this week. They got beat by Here Goes Nothing (3 – 6 – 1), 111 to 88. The game ended one losing steak and started a new one. The victory ended Here Goes Nothing's three game losing streak. The defeat is the 3rd in a row for Not Dead Yet. Here Goes Nothing had several players step up in the win, as four starters beat their positional averages. Drake London was the best of the bunch, delivering 20 points. That made him the top performer on Here Goes Nothing for the first time this year. He showed off his catch radius on this game-tying touchdown grab. While Here Goes Nothing had plenty of heroes in the victory, Not Dead Yet had plenty of duds in the loss. AJ Barner was the worst of a six man group of underperformers, dropping zero points. Barner has now failed to top the league average tight end in four straight games. Coach Brent Knudson did their part in the victory, setting a perfect lineup. That took more than just following the experts' advice. They left Garrett Wilson and his 8 expected points on the bench, favoring Tyler Allgeier (3.8 points expected). This great decision gave Here Goes Nothing a nice 17 point bonus. This is the first time all season that Coach Knudson has set a perfect lineup. Predictions: Nothing by 1 Bye week players: Lamb & Pickens for Nothing. The Dead lose Williams. QBs: Maye VS Herbert, Drake is playing at Tampa while Justin is playing Pittsburgh. RBs: Marks & Tracy VS Walker & Warren, Jaylen gets the start with Williams out. Does Tracy get the start after his sub-par week 9? WRs: Collins & Sutton VS London & Allen, I am assuming London is an easy start after his 3-TD week 9. |
