Daniels took off in Washington and shown flashes of RGIII, he can run and pass for TDs.  Does this team use a high-draft pick on a QB?  De’Von scored 11 TDs, as he can catch and rush with the best RBS in the league.   Breece Hall had a down season, and Rodgers was a big reason why.  Does he bounce back in 2025?   At WR we have London who caught 7 TDs, is he worthy of a 3rd round pick?   Who will be the QB in Atlanta?   Wilson, just like Hall stugggled when Rodgers struggled in the Jets offense, who will be the QB in NY on 2025

Team MVP: Jayden Daniels, he scored 396 points and has Washington in the playoffs.  He threw for 22 TDs and rushed for 6 more.   

Comments:
The Yoopers were in the hunt for a division title but ultimately went into the playoffs as a wild-card team.  They lost to the Dominators in the Wild-card game to finish the season in 6th place.   Looking ahead to next season, they have to decide do they drop the entire team and try to rebuild the team via the draft or keep players like Achane. Hall, Daniels to name a few stars on this team.   They will draft 5^th in each round so they will lose out on the star players who were cut but they could decide to cut them all and get DeVon again with the 5^th pick.    Lots of time to decide how they want to approach the 2025 draft. The Yoopers are now in their 5^th year in the league and are looking for the elusive first league title.

Comments:
The Yoopers are entering the 2nd half just barely missing the playoffs if the season were to end today.  They are only 1/2 game out, so the next 7 weeks are really important for every team in the league.  Lets see how the Yoopers’ weapons can secure enough wins to get to the post-season.   QBs:  Jayden Daniels and Sam Darnold have both been a huge surprise at the QB position this season.  Daniels might be the rookie of the year with 10 total TDs and 1,400 yards passing.  Sam has been solid in Minnesota with 12 passing TDs and almost 1,400 yards.  At RB they will use Breece Hall, Kenneth Walker and Devon Achane.   Of the three RBs, Walker has been the most impressive with 6 TDs.   Achane’s production nose-dived when Tua was lost with the concussion.  With him coming back soon, he might be a start-able back once again.   WRs are Garrett Wilson, Drake London and Davante Adams,  will Davante have a much better second half now that he is in New York?   That is something to watch over the next few weeks.  Drake has been playing a high level over the last few weeks, it looks like him and Kirk are starting to click with 5 TDs and almost 500 yards.   The Yoopers are in the hunt for a playoff spot having won two in a row.   Is 2024 the year that they earn their first league championship?    First goal is earning a playoff spot, then see what happens in those playoffs.

Keepers: Breece Hall & Garrett Wilson

Top 3 draft picks:
De’von Achane, Kenneth Walker & Davante Adams. Since the Yoopers kept two players their first two draft picks were rounds 3-5. Getting Adams in the 5th round could be an absolute steal. If he can get some solid QB play in Vegas, he could become a top 10 WR once again in the NFL. Walker is solid but will be looking over his shoulder to try and keep Charbonet off the field. Achane, could be a high draft pick in 2025 is anything happens to Mostert. Raheem is going to get the goal-line carries so De’Von will need to score long TD runs instead.

Overall:
The Yoopers will enter the season as our pre-season favorite. With the two talented keepers in Wilson and Hall and throw in three more good drafts picks gives this team a really good 1-5. Other weapons will be QB Anothony Richardson, can he become Lamar 2.0? If he can stay healthy, he will be a top 5 QB in 2025 drafts. WRs depth will be Drake London and Christian Watson. TEs are Dalton Kincaid and Dallas Goedert. With Diggs no longer in Buffalo, Dalton could be Josh Allens go-to target in the red zone.

The Yoopers are looking for the first league championship, based on the CBS draft score, on paper they will be the team to beat. Is 2024 the year of the Yoopers???

With the 1^st pick in the 2025 draft this entire team will be cut.  CMC scored only 30 points all season.  He did this in an entire week last year, that shows how bad he was this year.   If healthy he is a game changer, but does anyone trust drafting in the first round next year?   Justin Jefferson plays on a high-octane offense in Minnesota and caught 10 TDs on the year.   He will be a first rounder next year.   CJ Stroud was a disappointment, the WRs went down in Houston and so did CJs TD totals.  19 passing TDs is not good enough to be drafted in early rounds of drafts.  Sam and Mark were hurt and disappointing to start the season Mark came on strong to end the year with 10 TDs.   He will be a top-5 TE next year.

Team MVP
Justin Jefferson, he is an elite-WR and scored 10 TDs and 228 points on the season.  A first-round pick in 2025. 

Comments:
The Juggernauts had a awful season in back-to-back seasons.  They took the easy pick of CMC with the first pick in the draft and had or wait months before he took the field.  He lasted maybe 2 weeks before he was lost for the season.   So where does this team go from here?  Obvious answer is to cut the team again, and take the highest rated RB or WR?   That might mean Justin Jefferson once again.   Not a bad first pick.  Hopefully they can avoid the RB that barely plays and gets some quality scores at the RB position.  The Juggernauts last won their league title in 2005, meaning in 2025 it will be 20 years since they raised the championship trophy.   Will the upcoming season be better, it has to, the team has hit the bottom, now they have to go up.

Comments:
It hasn’t been quite as fun and exciting first half that the Juggernauts was expecting.   When your first round pick never set foot on the field it has to be so disappointing.   But every fantasy expert said, you have to take CMC, because his injury isn’t serious and would be too good to pass up.    Lets see how the Juggernauts can turn around the season and string some Ws together.   QB is CJ Stroud, he has been solid but sometimes I feel he should be playing at an even higher level with 10 TDs and 1,600 yards passing.   Hopefully Nico Collins can return soon to the field.   RBs are CMC, Kareem Hunt, & Jordan Mason,  Hunt has been signed after Pacheco was lost for the year.   He is providing quality numbers for the Chiefs ground game with 3 rushing TDs in a limited number of games.   Mason has been given the task to replace CMC in San Franscico and he has been quite good with 3 TDs and 600+ yards.   WRs are Justin Jefferson, Deebo Samuels and newly acquired George Pickens, JJ has been really good in Minnesota with 5 TDs and 500+ yards, the Sam Darnold in Minnesota has been a success.  Can the Juggernauts earn a playoff spot at 1-6?  Not going to be easy, going 6-1 gets them back to .500 at 7-7, they will need to stay healthy or in the case of CMC get healthy.  All they can do is win in week 8, do it in week 9 and continue on. Good luck.

Top 3 draft picks:
Christian McCaffrey, Justin Jefferson and Isiah Pacheco. CMC was an easy first pick in the 2024 draft, he will catch a lot of passes and score plenty of TDs this season. The second pick was Justin Jefferson giving this team the same two players that Sam inherited when Scott Knepel left the league a couple seasons ago. JJ will miss not having Kirk Cousins, so his production may dip, as my reason why he dropped to the 2nd round. Pacheco will see plenty of opportunities to score TDs in KC.

Overall:
The Juggernauts are trying to forget about the nightmare that was the ’23 season and rebuild this team through the draft. QBs are CJ Stroud and Trevor Lawerence. CJ will throw lots of TDs with his slew of WRs in Houston. WRs are Deebo, Tank Dell and Worthy, can Xavier carve up his share of TD passes from Mahomes in KC. TEs are Andrews and Brock Bowers, Mark missed a chunk of time in 2023, when healthy he will become a go-to target for Lamar. Bench RBs are Jonathan Brooks and Spears (Tenn.) Brooks is banged and will miss at least the first 4 games of the season. Can he come back in Week #5 and provide quality depth behind CMC and Pacheco? Other weapons on this team are Keon Coleman, Justin Tucker and Lions DST. Unless Tucker is a on bye week, he is a safe start every week.

The Juggernauts move on from last season and hope CMC and JJ can provide the building blocks to help earn this team Championship #2. CBS has this team losing in this year’s championship game to the Yoopers.

Josh Allen, Derrick Henry, Brian Thomas Jr., & Cooper Kupp
Josh Allen was our league MVP after he scored 41 TDs and 492 points.  He has the Bills looking for a Super Bowl and he has put the Bills on his back.   Not many QBs are kept each year, but keeping Josh makes sense.   Derrick Henry, his move to Baltimore was a good one, he scored 16 TDs and had 291 points from the RB position.   If the Ravens are going to go far in the playoffs Derrick will need to keep playing at this high-level. He will be a first round pick in most drafts.   Brian Thomas is a rookie and plays on a bad Jacksonville team. But he put together a really good season with 10 TDs and 200 points.   If your looking for a young star in the making at the WR position.  He should be in the 2^nd or 3^rd round in drafts.   Cooper Kupp, he has been passed by Puka as the go-to WR on the Rams offense.  We shall see if he is still on the Rams next season or will be cut due to the salary cap?  

Team MVP:
Josh Allen, our League MVP and will be in the running for the NFL MVP.   As good as they come at the position.

Comments:
The Mudders missed out on earning a playoff spot and will be drafting 4^th in each round in the 2025 draft.  I would be shocked if Allen and Henry were cut. Do they keep Thomas, if yes, they wouldn’t draft until the 4^th round?   That would be a good start to build a team with an elite QB, a RB who is a first round pick and a young WR in Thomas,  The Mudders have been in the league since 2004 and still looking for that elusive first league title.   Is 2025 the year that this team can taste the champagne?   This was a non-playoff team but the building blocks are in place to get this team back in the playoffs and dream of a league title.

Possible Keepers:
Josh Jacobs, Bijan Robinson, Terry McLaurin, Puka Nucua, Justin Herbert
This team was lead by the backs of Jacobs and Robinson, they each scored 243 points on the season.  Josh rushed for 14 TDs while Bijan chipped in with 13.   At WR they have two really good playmakers in Terry and Puka.   Puka missed time to start the season but he will be a high draft pick next season’s fantasy drafts.   Terry caught 12 TDs as Washington welcomed new QB Jayden Daniels.  Justin watched as the Chargers let their top RB and WRs leave via trades. Instead Justin threw for 21 TDs and has the Chargers in the playoffs.  

Team MVP:
Bijan Robinson, he will be a top-5 pick in most fantasy drafts next season.   As Atlanta moves on from Cousins to Penix, we shall see if he can grasp the offense and keep giving Robinson goal-line carries.

Comments:
The Dominators were one win away from earning a 2^nd league title.  Instead they settle for 2^nd place but have a solid core of RB and WRs that they can build on.   Do they keep both backs in Jacobs and Robinson or do they keep Puka who might be a first round pick in most drafts.   They only have 8+ months to come up with a game plan.   The Dominators last won their league title in 2015, or 10 years ago.   They play in a South division that has teams that finished, 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 5^th.    Not an easy division to play in, including the defending champion.  With a solid draft around the backs/WR, this team will look to earn another trip to the championship game.

Jalen Hurts has the Eagles atop the NFC East and he can beat you with his arm or legs.  He threw for 18 TDs but rushed for 14 TDs.   Joe Mixon moved from Cincy to Houston and he really become the lead back Houston needs if they are going to make a long playoff run.  He scored 12 TDs and 205 points.   Taylor plays on a bad Colts team but not because of this back with 11 TDs and 212 points scored.   Mike Evans is Mr. Consistent with 11 TDs and 168 points scored a future Hall of Famer.  

Team MVP:
Jalen Hurts, he was high draft pick and lived up to the selection.   The Eagles won the NFC East and are hoping to make a long playoff run.   With Barkley and Brown on this team, no reason why 2025 will be any different.

Comments:
The 2024 season was the first year Tom was in our league, so I expected a learning curve to adjust to our rules and competitive league.  Looking ahead, the team will draft 2^nd, do they cut this team loose, meaning Hurt, Mixon, Evans and Taylor are cut with the hopes of drafting a better WR or RB in the first round?   On paper this wasn’t a bad team, but they gave up the 10^th most points in fantasy history.  Not an easy task when teams are scoring 110+ points each week.   We shall see if the 2025 season is an easier one for Big Dog Sports,  If yes, I expect the win totals to be much higher and they challenge for a division title.

Baker Mayfield, James Cook, George Kittle, Tee Higgins, Jaxon Smith-Njigba
Baker has the Bucs thinking playoff spot by earning a NFC South title. He has 39 TD passes and scored 494 points.  His 50 point game in the Championship game sealed the title.   James Cook plays on a high-octane offense in Buffalo and scored 17 total TDs and had 243 points on the year.   He will be a 2^nd round pick in most drafts.   George Kittle, when most TEs barely score 3-5 points, having a TE like George who caught 8 TDs and scored 159 points makes him a legit weapon.  WRs: Higgins and Smith-Njigba will be going in the 3^rd round range.   We shall see where Higgins ends up, does Cincy finally decide to pay him?  Jaxon broke out this year with 6 TDs and 154 points.  

Team MVP:
Baker Mayfield, with Mike Evans on the roster and two good RBs, the Bucs scored a lot of points and Baker showed why Cleveland made a mistake letting this QB leave.  

Comments:
The Cougars are the SEBFL League champion.  Relish that statement because it is not easy to win in this league.   They have 8 months to gloat around the office until they have to prepare for a title defense.   They will draft 10^th in each round, so they will need to decide which players they want to keep.  They lose Mahomes so he has to be cut.   Options:  Baker, Cook and keep either Kittle, Higgins or Jaxon would give this team a solid core of thee players to build on. It will depend on where Tee ends up, if he is in Cincy, it would be hard to pass on his 10 TDs.   But Jaxon is a very young WR that is moving up the draft boards.    Enjoy your championship, you have 9 other teams that want to dethrone you next season.

Saquon Barkley, Jordan Love, Kyren Williams, Chase Brown, Malik Nabers, Nico Collins
Lots of possible keepers on this team, it is no wonder why this team won 9 games on the season.   Barkley will get votes in the NFL for league MVP. He is close to breaking the all-time rushing record.  He scored 15 TDs and had 355 points.   Why did the Giants feel he wasn’t worth paying him?   Jordan Love threw 25 TDs and scored 324 points, he wouldn’t be a keeper, but in Packer country, he just might be.   The backs of Williams and Brown will be 2^nd rounders in next years draft.  Kyren scored 14 TDs while Chase scored 11 TDs.  The WRs are very young with Nabers a rookie and Collins still on his rookie contract.  I am seeing Nabers going late in the first round or early 2^nd.   Nico was banged up this year but still caught 6 TDs.  

Team MVP:
Saquon Barkley he may set the NFL rushing record, if he plays in week 18.   He scored 15 total TDs and has the Eagles atop the NFC East.  

Comments:
The Dead came up one point short of winning the South division.  Simply amazing that two teams would tie on points scored over 14 weeks.   The Dead have three really good backs in Barkley, Williams and Brown, when Chase took over the Cincy backfield he scored 11 TDs.   At WR they have two players who will go either 1^st or 2^nd round in Naber and Collins.   Malik plays on a horrible Giants offense yet he still caught 6 TDs.   So who do they keep?   Barkley is a must, now do they keep a WR like Collins or go with a pair RB like Williams?  Do they keep Love and use a 3^rd round pick with the hope the Packers offense gets even better in 2025?  Lots of options and only 8 months to come up with a game plan.   The Dead have been in our league since 2005 or 20 years in our league.  Is 2025 the year the league watches the Dead raise the championship trophy?

Ja’Marr Chase, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jared Goff
Chase is playing at an elite level with 16 TDs and leads all WRs with 306 points.  He plays on a Cincy team that likes to out-score opponents, He is going to be either the 1^st or second player off most boards in 2025.  St. Brown scored 13 TDs and had 204 points on the season.  He plays on a Lions offense that scores in bunches. He will be a first rounder.   Jared Goff threw for 36 TDs and had 442 points on the season.    

Team MVP:
Ja’Marr Chase, an easy selection as he was the #1 scoring WR on the year.  He had 306 points while the next closet WR was Jefferson at 228.  

Comments:
The Honor took home 4^th place and look to move from the consolation game to the Championship game next year.  They have three good WRs in Chase, St. Brown and Harrison Jr.   They used one of many pickups to add Mooney and D. Adams.   The biggest injury was the loss of Montgomery as they were thin at the RB position.  Najee Harris was the lead back and at times he struggled.  At TE they used Travis Kelce, but at times he struggled.   He only caught 3 TDs on 97 points on the season.   Goff was really good with 36 TDs, he has multiple weapons to throw to and he used them all season.  Looing ahead to 2025, I see this team keeping the two WRs of Chase and St. Brown, and then use the 3^rd round draft pick to nab a quality RB.  The Honor have been in the league since 2001 and have 4 league championships.   They have proven they can win the big games, we shall see if 2025 is when ring #5 is earned?

Joe Burrow, AJ Brown, CeeDee Lamb, Bucky Irving, Brock Bowers
Joe Burrow is hoping the Bengals can earn a playoff spot.   He has to score in bunches because the defense has been less than stellar.   AJ Brown has the Eagles atop the NFC East with 7 TDs and scored 160 points.  He will be a 2^nd round pick in most drafts.   CeeDee Lamb lost Dak for most of the season, he did manage to score 6 TDs and 174 points.   Give this guy a QB and see his production sky-rocket.  Bucky took over the lead back position in Tampa and he scored 7 TDs and 177 points on the season.   He might go in the late 2^nd or early 3^rd.  Brock came on strong in Vegas with 4 TDs and 145 points, it is difficult finding a quality TE so having a player that can score in double digits helps.


Team MVP:
Joe Burrow, he will get plenty of votes for NFL MVP after he threw for 42 TD passes and had 534 points scored.  

Comments:
The Nothing look to bounce back from being a non-playoff team.   He has several options to select from.  Do they go with Lamb and Brown to form a solid 1-2 punch.  Or do they go with Lamb, Burrow and Irving, to give them a core of three really good players at the QB-WR-RB position?  The final option is keeping Brock Bowers, he set the rookie record for catches at TE position.   He is projected to be a 2^nd round pick next year. They have plenty of time to decide the best option to rebuild this team.    The Nothing have been in the league only since 2018 and already have 3 league titles.  Since they win a ring every two years, that means 2025 would be ring #4.

Lamar Jackson, Jahmyr Gibbs, Tyreek Hill, Alvin Kamara, Trey McBride
Lamar will get votes for the NFL MVP.  He scored 43 total TDs and had 573 points, the highest point total in our league.   He will be drafted late 3md or early 3^rd round.   Gibbs would be even higher if not for Montgomery stealing his carries,  He did score 16 TDs and had 282 points.   A first round pick in most drafts.   Tyreek Hill struggled in the Miami offense especially when Tua went down.  His production dropped to 6 TDs and 135 points scored.  He is projected in the late 2^nd or 3^rd round.  Trey McBride, needs to score more TDs with only 2 on the year,  but he did catch for 115 points.   He might be a late 2^nd rounder, simply because TEs are so depleted in the NFL

Team MVP:
Lamar Jackson, an easy pick on this team, he can run and pass for TDs each game.   If the Ravens are going to the SuperBowl, he needs to play at a high level, as he did all season.

Comments:
The Attack look to build on their 3^rd place finish and hope they can add the missing pieces to get them into the championship game.   Some options for next season is keeping QB Lamar Jackson and his high scoring offense.  At RB they can keep Gibbs and his explosive speed.  He can turn a short run into a long TD run.   The last option is either a WR like Hill or TE Trey McBride.   That would give this team three draft picks to build the remainder of the roster via the draft, but drafting 8^th in each round, will make the task a little bit harder.   The Attack have been in the league since 1995 or this year will be 30 years.   Their last ring was won in 2018, so they are overdue.  

Grade: B+
