Reslts: Not Dead Yet can't extend their winning streak past James Cook III and Mad Mudders Not Dead Yet came into this week's match-up on a three-game win streak, but Mad Mudders put an end to that. Mad Mudders got past Not Dead Yet, winning 93 to 88. The win brings Mad Mudders back to even at 3 – 3. The loss drops Not Dead Yet's record to 4 – 2. Mad Mudders were led by the tag team of James Cook III and Malik Nabers, who together recorded 36 points. Cook III has now overperformed the experts' predictions in five straight games. He both ran like a bull and blocked like a bull in helping the Bills to a tight win. Meanwhile, there were plenty of chefs cooking up this week's loss for Not Dead Yet. They had eight underperformers, with Bijan Robinson (6 points) being the worst.1 Robinson's 6 points made him the worst starter on his team for the 1st time this season. He had to have given the most disappointing performance, having been projected to score 18.4 points. Mad Mudders' next game will be against The Dominators in a rematch from week one. Mad Mudders lost the previous matchup 109 to 94. The Dominators will get to start the league's hottest player in Drake Maye. Meanwhile, Not Dead Yet will be playing Lady Cougars next week. Lady Cougars won't have Josh Allen available to start in that contest. Predictions: Dead by 1 Bye week players: The Mudders lose Jared Goff, Mike Gesicki & Tee Higgins, the Dead lose Aaron Jones. QBs: Herbert VS Stroud, Justin is playing at Kansas City while CJ is playing Jacksonville on Sunday AM. RBs: Henry & Cook VS Robisnon & Pollard, Derrick is playing at Cleveland while Bijan is playing the Bears at home. |
