Patrick O’Dell -VS- Dennis Helm |
All Eyes on Me
Results: Jaylen Waddle drops 23 points in leading The Dominators to victory The Dominators had to be wary coming into this game after losing both matches against Not Dead Yet last season. Thankfully for Coach Dennis Helm, the past was not prelude. The Dominators ended up on top against Not Dead Yet, winning 127 to 113. The win brings The Dominators' record to 3 – 2, while dropping Not Dead Yet to 1 – 4. Coach Helm put Jaylen Waddle into the lineup for the first time, and he came through. Waddle joined up with Rico Dowdle and Sam LaPorta to tally 69 points. Waddle's third touchdown of the season was this 46-yard go-ahead score. Meanwhile, Drake Maye was clearly the weakest link for Coach Patrick O'Dell and the gang as he totaled 11 points.2 Maye's performance this week definitively ended a three game streak of beating the experts' projections. He didn't throw a touchdown this week, but it wasn't for a lack of trying. Having forgotten to set his lineup last week, it seems Coach O'Dell has returned to the living this week. He wound up with a perfect lineup this week, albeit by following the CBSSports projections to the letter. This is the first time this year that Coach O'Dell has pulled that off. Predictions: Dead by 1 Bye week players: Warren for Dead while Dominators loe Robinson, Jacobs & Odunze QBs: Mahomes VS Maye, Patrick is playing at Jacksonville. Drake is playing at Buffalo. RBs: Barkley & Williams VS Hubbard & Charbonet, both backs from last week are off this week, can the two fill-ins compete at a high level? WRs: Brown & McLaurin VS Collins & Sutton, can Terry play this week? If not the Dominators will have to hit the waiver wire. |
