On Edge
Results: CeeDee Lamb helps Here Goes Nothing barely triumph over Juggernauts Here Goes Nothing took on Juggernauts two times last year and won each time. The result this week then, was not surprising. Here Goes Nothing just slipped by Juggernauts, 72 to 71. No team this season has had to suffer a closer loss than the one Juggernauts endured this week. The loss drops Juggernauts to the last spot in the North division at 3 – 7 – 1. The win brings Here Goes Nothing to 4 – 6 – 1. Here Goes Nothing had a three-man strike force with CeeDee Lamb, Jason Myers, and Drake London combining for 41 points. That makes it five straight games of overperforming expectations for Myers. Not only has he been hot recently, but overall he is the best kicker in the league. Meanwhile, Sam Darnold stuck out as the worst performer for Juggernauts, totaling only 4 points.2 This week's bad decisions are nothing new for Coach Brent Knudson, as they have been the worst gameday coach in the league. They left Dak Prescott and George Pickens on the bench in favor of Justin Herbert and Keenan Allen, who were both expected to score less. These decisions cost Here Goes Nothing a total of 55 points, making the game closer than it would have been. Despite things not working out, expect more risk taking from Coach Knudson, who have gone against the experts more times than any other coach in the league. Predictions: Bye week players : Daniel Jones & Ty Warren are off this week for the Juggernauts, the Nothing lose no one. RBs: McCaffrey & Jeanty VS Marks & Tracy, Christian could have a big game against Arizona, while Woody has a solid game lst week, can he do it again this time playing Titans? |
